Very open, transparent and honest company. Installed my Aircon on time and without disruption and tidied up after themselves. Delighted with the results and was particularly impressed to receive a follow-up courtesy call a week after job completed to assess my level of satisfaction. Would strongly recommend this company.

As a quality and customer service manager myself, i'm not always the easiest person to please but I have to admit that I was very impressed by the efficency and standards of service from CTS. The installation of our server room air conditioning was quick, no mess, no disturbance and everything working exactly as it should. Very fast efficient service my air conditioning unit was fitted 6 days after the initial call. Extremely pleased with the service very neat and tidy job with the minimum of disruption. Arrived on time, very efficient fitters, everything taken away and the place left clean and tidy. Could not have asked for a better job and price. Would definitely recommend now have a sun room that is a pleasant temperature.
