Amazing piece of work from David McGovern of Monikie Rock Art. This is the first entirely new Pictish stone carved in hundreds of years. One side is a cross and the other shows the 9th century. King Cined mac Ailpn (Kenneth mac Alpin or Kenneth I of Scotland).
