        I bought joules wellies last year, expensive, they are now worn down on the heel, jonnie5 from your alloa store was so helpful and reasurred me he can fix them, I'm sooo pleased about that I won't have to bin them, as they are wellies, taking them to the shop on Monday, as I was wearing them at the time, couldn't leave them, brilliant.
