I had good service here. The man in the shop was kind and courteous, he informed me of the options to get my parcel where it needed to be in the timeframe I needed. Based on the other reviews, I almost went elsewhere. However, I was happy with the service, no complaints.

The man who works in this post office is a very rude individual with absolutely no customer service skills. He refused to send my parcel as he was "finished" for the day even although it was another 5 minutes until the post office closed! In the end he reluctantly sent my parcel after I pointed out he wasn't finished work yet but not after a lot of huffing & puffing & grabbing the parcel from me angrily, absolutely unacceptable customer service!!

Small place but the man is really good with me everytime I use the office to collect my benefits, he does a very good long day work, Alloa needs a new post office and he wouldn't be so busy

I had good service here. The man in the shop was kind and courteous, he informed me of the options to get my parcel where it needed to be in the timeframe I needed.
Based on the other reviews, I almost went elsewhere. However, I was happy with the service, no complaints.
