Just want to say a huge thank you to Vanessa. I have been suffering with back pain for years and just wish I had gone to see her much sooner. She is so patient and is really good at explaining what she is doing and recommending exercises and stretches for me to do at home. Would definitely recommend her and wouldnt consider going anywhere else.

I had been suffering from hip pain throughout the lockdown period, which wasnt getting any better. I decided to book an appointment with Vanessa at The Therapy Zone in Alloa to see if the discomfort could be relieved through physio. Vanessa was very knowledgeable and talked me through the possible causes of the discomfort and after some stretching and exercise routines, I was already feeling a lot better. After a few weeks of following the exercises, I had a follow-up session with Vanessa and again, Vanessa spent more time understanding my issue and after some more physio advised some additional exercises. My hip feels so much better now and I have so much more movement in it with no discomfort. I have no hesitation in recommending Vanessa and The Therapy Zone; Vanessa is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to fully understand the issue and takes time explaining how the affected parts of the body work together and what may have been causing the issue along with giving clear and simple-to-follow exercises to do to help with the recovery.
