        I have tried to phone over 30 times (after waiting for 2 days for them to call back) the past few days to have them not answer except on one occasion, where the picked up and put the phone straight back down.

        This is our local pharmacy, where I have repeat prescriptions dispensed. In December, we had a catastrophic flood in our home, the Insurance company put us up in a hotel some 20 miles away. I ordered my repeat prescription & drove to Sauchie to collect it but, it wasn't ready. I explained our situation to the lady serving me and advised that In order to collect the prescription we'd have another 40 mile journey to make. Despite being VERY busy, the woman who was dealing with me, prepared my prescription there & then in order to prevent an unnecessary additional journey. In my book, Lindsay & Gilmour went above & beyond on this occasion

        By far the worst chemist I have ever used. Every prescription I have submitted, when I go to collect has not been made up. The latest, ordered on 26/12/22 went to collect 09/01/23 not made up. The chap with red hair is the rudest most unhelpful man I have had the displeasure of meeting. His solution was to cancel my prescription and I have to go to another chemist. They are a disgrace.
