        Dismally poor service at Ramsdens in Alloa, the Western Union agent there. The young, male agent was, simply, not willing to do anything to resolve a problem with a transfer, even after 3 visits to the branch for the same payment. His level of apathy was astounding! It took the intervention of a colleague, and a lot of tenacity on her part, to get to the root of the delay in payment and to whom I am grateful for clearing things up. If there is an alternative place to do business locally, I would recommend you go there first before Ramsdens.

        Found staff very helpful when DWP accused me of having a `secret` account at this branch. A note was written there & then for my accuser, which I took great pleasure in rubbing in his face. Top drawer, Girls. GG x

        Appalling fees .Why do they charge 34 .99 for using a debit card on line to send money to Uganda when it is 2 lines on a form. With a bank account they charge 14 .99 why the difference ? Using an agent can almost certainly double these costs.They are taking very high fees from poor people WU disgust me
