SHOCKING. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! - they failed to switch me over to a new supplier and left me with massive bills with my current supplier. I contacted them repeatedly. They kept replying with ' we are chasing it up'. I received very high bill from current supplier as was now on out of contract base rate (as I had not been switched). 8 weeks later after my application, they sent me an email to say my switch wont be happening. They asked to see my high bill from my current supplier, which I sent them. They said nothing they can do and they thanked me for highlighting the problem with the failed switch. They said if I wasn't satisfied that I should complain to Energy Ombudsmen (which they are not registered with???). Why are they not taking any accountability for not switching me in a timely manner? Is 8 weeks not grossly inflated? My advice would be avoid these people at all costs. They will not have any accountability. You are just a number to them.
