This is the second time we have used County Estates to sell our home. Ann Marie went above and beyond what you expect from an estate agent, all staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Can't recommend County Estates highly enough.

Absolutely terrible unethical company. Avoid at all costs! We sold our house with them, they are rude, unprofessional and unethical. We had to take our own pictures as the "photographer" they sent took terrible photos with the flash on (other estate agents use drones and provide videos etc county estates are still in the 1970's). We were told to call our surveyor and argue the value up which was very awkward! Then they allowed a staff members family to view before going to market and piled on the pressure to accept their offer, in the end we accepted it just to allow us to cut ties with this awful company. The staff are rude on the phone and in person, it completely ruined our experience of selling our home and I would never like to have to deal with any of these people again. Truly the worst service I have ever received!
