The centre manager James was extremely busy and short staffed, despite this James gave fantastic service & very good advice regarding a wee issue with rear wheel.
He explained later after wheels were balanced, wheel alignment re checked and tweaked that their were no underlying issues with the rear.
The cost for the wheel balance was minimal and glad it was done.
Took car for drive afterwards and was driving so much better, no longer pulling to the left.
Cannot thank James (Manager at Alloa) enough, so very impressed.
A huge thank you to Kwik Fit Alloa.
