These guys are fantastic! I'd been having a problem with a tyre for a few weeks. Called them up and they fitted me in next day. Less than an hour later it was sorted. Really happy with it and planning going back to have the car serviced and MOTd in a few months.

I've used this garage in the past for tyre fitting and they've been good but today was just awful. I had an early 8:30 slot, I arrived there and was told the car wouldn't be ready till 10:00 (I received the keys at 10:20) - fine, no problem. Upon my initial arrival, I parked in the loading bay expecting my car to be taken as I was told my car would be done "first thing". An aggravated mechanic came from the garage and told me to move my car and that I shouldn't park there. I promptly apologised and realised the error of my ways, but he continued to be arrogant towards me and eventually walked off like a stroppy teenager. Anyway, when I picked the car up and arrived home, I noticed one of my alloys was in a pretty bad state from the fitting. I decided to watch back my dashcam footage and heard the mechanic bad mouthing me to another mechanic - professional! Luckily, I've used Blackcircles and have reported the full fiasco through them. This is now my regular car garage because i always get good customer service and the car is always dealt with efficiently and essentially, repaired!
