        Not great, got hired by mears only to be called two days later and say they couldn't go a head and had to with draw their job offer. Because one of my references was six year old I'm a single mum and only have so many references and they knew this in interview. Wasting my time and money on travel very disappointed with them!!!!!

        I now know private medical details and the key code to a vulnerable persons home aall because these staff have no regard for data protection or simply protection. If someone, unlike me, heard the combination lock to her home could be extremely serious and negligent. Please train your workers.
