Lochay Homes - Harbour View Development Alloa

Mixed feelings really about Lochay. The homes are generally well built and the overall development is well presented, albeit the final block of flats recently added does look slightly out of place. We have been waiting 3yr+ to have our snagging done on a new property, despite being assured in 2019 this would be addressed. Covid then occurred, but there has been no communication from Lochay to address our overdue snagging. After sales could therefore, be much improved.

Having a new home is meant to be a fun exiting time in life and I feel that lochay homes have made this the complete opposite, to the point were frustration, exhaustion and deflation is all the feelings that we have when thinking about our new home. Lack of concern when it comes to issues and the blame is always placed elsewhere, take responsibility for issues that are arising and dealing with things when they occur could have a different outlook on peoples perspective. Disappointed with to much to list and feel any other company would have had issues sorted in a much swift time manner. I feel the 1 star is a star too much. Google have a minus star rating please.

Beautiful flats designed with spacious rooms, quality equipment and wonderful views across the Forth. Great prices also!
