Boiler broke down Monday evening. Rang Aspect Tuesday. An engineer came round Thursday and couldn't repair it, said he'd try and get a new circuit board. The boiler was very old so we asked how long it would take to get a new one. He rang the boss who said 'We can fit them in tomorrow'. We got a new boiler fitted next day, we are by no means vulnerable so don't need extra consideration, this was simply excellent service. Their engineers are nice considerate guys. Very pleased. Update: Invoice came in bang on the estimate, very fair price indeed

My grandma's heating broke recently and I was very impressed at how promptly and efficiently Aspect Heating attended to the problem. Grandma is an elderly lady, living alone so an engineer attended within 24 hours to give her some heating until the problem could be properly rectified in the next few days. It is lovely to see a company looking after the vulnerable so well, particularly when they were clearly busy over the festive period.

We had a problem with our boiler, it has gone into reset mode and would not come back on. Aspect Gas Care Ltd came out the same day, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part needed. They then came back the next day to fit it. Fantastic service and at a reasonable price. A special mention to the lady taking the calls and making the arrangements for the visit. Absolutely first class service. Thank you.
