Misleading advertisement. Insulting customer service. Made a purchase through Amazon. Cable cuts Ltd did not comply with the return policy. I had to contact Amazon to have my money back. Buy somewhere else!!! As I can not post my answer to your e-mail, please see the following. Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for your e-mail and for your response. You can say whatever you want. The reality is that you are misleading with your advertisement. I bought a 1 mm cable and I received a 3.05 mm one. As I state before you cannot expect that every buyer are a cable connoisseur, as you well are. You should state that in your web. I wasted my time and money buying a useless cable. Your answer back in May was that you were out of pocket if you were refunding the postage. It was your mistake not advertising properly. You should then change the kind of business, then. I got my money back through Amazon, they noticed your mistake and they sort me out for your mistake. Sincerely, Josep-Maria.
