Everyone comments on how the phone lines are constantly engaged, it's highlighted here and I have personally mentioned it when visiting the practice yet it seems to generate a collective shrug of the shoulders, nothing gets done about it as they clearly aren't bothered, the existing phone installation is clearly not fit for purpose and may well cost a life one day if it hasn't already....maybe actually do something about it? Absolutely shocking that they are clearly aware of this and seem to care not a jot.

Answer your phone! I've made at least a dozen calls in this morning and the lines are constantly engaged. This is not untypical. On one occasion it took me 2 days to get through! Once you can get though, the service is good, but if you want a full-time job on top of your full-time job, try ringing this practice. I don't have time to work - I spend it all on the end of their phone trying to get through. Very frustrating.
