        Just been to Alloa branch to withdraw a sizeable sum of money to be told all of the 50 notes were already ordered. Since when do you have to order money to make a withdrawal from your own account. I got the feeling the staff didnt want to count out the amount out in 20 notes. I was the only customer in the bank and I saw at least 3 members of staff. A wasted journey and a most frustrated customer. I will never visit this branch again.

        Website for TSB Alloa says open until 5, when you get there, only open until 2. Drive 11 miles to put some cash in and arrive 20 minutes after 2 only to be told this like a naughty school boy! Account to be CLOSED!! NOT HAPPY!!!!!!
