        A fantastic medical service, especially in comparison to what I hear of others in the area. The online triage system is efficient and easy to use. When visiting the practice all staff I have come in contact with are hard working and caring. I have visited with a number of different ailments over the years and regardless I have been happy with the course of action taken and the time it has taken to get through.

        Phoned up because I got bitten by a tick and the NHS website recommends a prophylactic within 72 hours to help against possible lyme disease. I was told that they "don't do" preventive medicine, and only treat when there are symptoms; once you're ill you will get treated but you won't be prevented from getting ill, what a disgrace.
