University Hospital Monklands

Disgrace of a hospital. My fianc is going through cancer treatment. She was there 45mins before her appointment and couldnt get a car park space. She drove about and also went to streets across from the hospital and couldnt find a space. She did have to leave her car on double yellow lines to make her appointment due to lack of spaces. She now has a parking fine due to this. Would it have been better if she cancelled her appointment when she was there due to no car park spaces? I think all hospitals need to have a look at themselves and the local councils. We pay enough tax on everything and get nothing back.

The service and care my elderly mother received in A&E today was excellent, I cannot thank the nurses and Doctors enough. One young doctor became a porter just to speed things up for her and the x-ray department response was amazing. Thank you all.

In private room in medical assessment unit with crohns flare and strictures nurse Janice has went above and beyond had to give gratitude where its due a lovely nurse very pleasant an asset to the ward
