        The guys have done a great job took away old decking and replaced with new decking neighbour has got hers done after seeing ours.

        Have waited in today from 9 till 1.00 as per phone call last week but no show from Elite . Called office and no apology or reason given, girl sounded under pressure on the phone. Disappointed an understatement and doesnt always pay to shop local .

The order process is easy and friendly and really quick delivery time. Sarah the receptionist has an excellent telephone manner and is always helpful and understanding. Finished product proudly sitting in my back garden! Will always recommend.
