        Absolutely terrible service, they dont answer the phone and when you go to the pharmacy youve to wait 45 minutes to an hour to get a prescription. At times the prescription has been with them for 3 and 4 days yet they still tell you the items arent in stock. Theres always a queue yet the staff always appear to be spending more time standing about talking to each other. Worst chemist in Airdrie. Boots are really needing to take a look at the staff and the service theyre offering the public. With the service on offer they would be as well closing shop.
