Great wee shop's, the phone and sweet shop's, lovely owners, I always go in when I'm in Airdrie it's one of the few places I miss since I moved away from Airdrie. Great family.

What a pity the previous guy that worked there has left to work in Glasgow. He was great and so helpful; a grafter. Now it seems everyone is indifferent and has not time for the average customer. Nearly lost my work SIM card during my last visit as the guy said just take any from the table after the swap over, then told me to go next door for credit. Thankfully the people in the sweet shop next door were more helpful.

Absolutely excellent service. I had to repair a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE as the front screen had cracked, rendering it useless. I gave it in last Friday and it was completely ready to go today. The price was so reasonable too (I was quoted 260 by another company, 150 by another and this shop only charged 130). The person behind the desk also knocked a few pounds off a screen protector which was brilliant. I would recommend this shop to everyone for repairs. I would give 10/5 if I could - thank you so much!

These people are con artists!! Never ever put anything in here to be repaired. Put my daughters iPad in for repair, they had it for 3 weeks and I paid 50 only for the same problem to occur. Took it back and the man was so rude, shouting a bawling at me and said I was not getting a refund. He then calmed down, took the iPad back to have another look at. Another 2 weeks went by, got it back and nothing had changed. Was OK when I got it first time and said they had fixed it, but when I told him it wasn't fixed the guy blew a gasket as if it was my fault it still wasn't working. Would never recommend this shop to anyone. PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHOP. THE GUY HASN'T A CLUE AND DOESN'T KNOW WHAT HE'S DOING!!!!!!
