Mechanic asked pads or disks & pads? Told him whatever NEEDED to be done to pass MOT.
He replaced both disks and pads, but did not advise the disks did not need to be replaced. (Only 35k miles on car)
Confronted him, asking to resolve expensive, unnecessary work. He refused.
Poor customer service. Would not recommend. Disappointed as this was a friends (former customer) recommendation.
If the mechanic had been honest they would have had more work from us (2X cars in our household) and the friend who recommended. Will all be taking our business elsewhere as mechanic is not upfront and honest with customers. Service: Brakes
