        My 3 grandchildren had a good time but in my opinion it was overpriced for the small size. Staff were pleasant and toilets were clean. It was very busy as it was the end of school holidays and a couple of parties were also going on. I'll take my earbuds next time

        Had my sons 5th birthday in crazy castle and kids all had blast. Foods nice and staff are so friendly. Lucas looking forward to visiting again.

        Went in with my toddler just after 4pm today and was told that they are closing early and we weren't allowed in. No way to explain to a 2 year old why she can no longer go and have fun in the softplay area. Nightmare experience and quite upsetting to be honest. Why leave your door wide open if you're not accepting anymore children? Edit: I've been back since and now that everything is back to normal, I have found the experiences to be much more enjoyable. Changing my review from one star to 3 star.
