I use to get supported by this organisation and Ive met some fantastic support workers some who still work with me in my new support service. the only problem was the activity group called Connects which had bus trips running from wellwynd and music arts/crafts groups in the old church building. Staff members were very rude and looked as though they didnt really want to be there. one elderly lad up there got yelled at by a worker. Some staff members were also quite handsy and did not respect personal space despite pulling up the clients about keeping there hands to themselves. also one of the team leaders who Ill call Geri for security reasons she treats you as if your still in secondary school she pulled up a girl on one of the bus trips about her swearing despite the fact I could clearly hear some of the staff members cursing and swearing during previous bus trips absolutely dreadful would defiantly not recommend!
