        Fantastic experience. Needed an engagement ring resized and it was done a few hours later. The shop was closed but we were still able to go pick it up. The jeweler took so much care to keep the original band, seems to really care about the customer and quality service. Highly recommended

        I booked an appointment via their website and received confirmation of the appointment. I arrived at the shop to find it closed and no one answering the phone on the multiple occasions I tried to get through to them. I left a voicemail that was not responded to. Feel this is very bad service as I booked the appointment in good faith and was let down with no explanation having to scramble to find somewhere to clean my engagement ring in enough time before my wedding.
