V.v.bad experience. v.bad service. 0* fro me.No professionalism at all. didn't get what I wanted. the first time when I explained Lorraine and showed pictures of hair colour I wanted she told me the price. but when I went to get the treatment done it was a complete disaster for me just bleached my hair no colour and I explained her its not the look I wanted not even closer to same but still paid ( which I shouldn't have the first place v.first experience at hair salon not much idea about how to complain or should have taken receipt as a proof at such places) she didn't understand my needs and replied thats all I can do nothing much. when went back home looked every angle my hair was not even in colour or the cut. she just did cut down no hair colour at all and the colour I wanted. most was in between hair which can't see. wanted hair colour more visible to the outside. phoned back she was rude to me and said charged you very less for the treatment and didn't even listen to me and turned down the phone. later on called again she didn't even came to talk instead Jackie came said she'll call me after done with the clients but didn't call back. what shame honestly open a business and don't even have the antiques to run a business making commitments and not complying with it. first time in life getting colour done turned out a complete disaster nightmare for me.Will never go there again in my life even if they call for colour correction big big no don't trust them at all now will ruin my hair even more damage it even more. never getting a hair colour again ever in my life just because they turned my dream into a nightmare for me.been in stress because of this treatment I received today couldn't sleep. they say something else and not get the exact thing don't understand customer wants and doesn't even bother to talk about it again. only takes cash and don't even give receipts so customers can't even complain as they have no proof. reality is they are not exactly what they say. wanted to get hairdone for a party which they ruined for me. staying awake all night and posting bad reviews at 2.30 midnight explains everything I'm going through. Went back again to them and asked to redo my haircolour or refund or discount the price instead she misbehaved and didn't listen to me. I ca not praise this place enough Lorraine who co ows with her sister Jackie are a formidable team have had my hair done by loaine since she qualified when I was expecting and couldn't get out that was 34 years ago and got my hair done yesterday and it looks fab x
