Wellwynd Practice

I think wee all need to get a Petition on the go for this places and get somthing dun with it rather closed down or the pick up there work efforts and let ppl actually see a doctor it's just reddicelus honestly and apparently u can't register with a nother surgery in the building if ur with in one already just a joke it's ppls heath we're talking about not ordering a pizza

Shambolic. I've sent in numerous prescriptions (6 precisely) and received no prescription from the pharmacy which is dealing with quite a few members of the public that are hearing nothing back from the Wellwynd practice. I've not even received a phone call or any type of communication from Wellwynd to acknowledge receipt of a prescription or why there are delays.

left without medication for 6 months because they "don't know how" they never phoned me back for a consultation I was waiting on and couldn't get through to them regardless of how much I tried to phone them. they called me once after around 5 months and I missed it because they called me back in the afternoon when I was working after I told them it would have to be in the morning because I had work.

On this one occasion l finally got through to a receptionist. This girl was outstanding so compassionate and helpful . Jody l can't praise you enough . Thank you a million times . You restored my faith in humanity wish there were more like you

They should be ashamed of themselves worse practice now, I have been registered with this practice basically from the day I was born and it was a fantastic practice, I am nearly 61 now and really considering moving to another practice as are my 3 kids as they are registered with them too, gone are the days when you could make an appointment with the actual doctor you are registered under,don't have that choice any more, people are dying from symptoms related to cancer,heart attacks,suffering in pain because doctors don't have the same compassion as they did years ago for their patients its all about money and as for covid that was a joke, and wellwynd have still got the chair barrier up something needs to be done ASAP to get doctor's surgeries back to running normal, and people need to get to see a doctor when they need one, so come on wellwynd get back to the good practice you once were
