        Just reiterating what has previously bee stated by other reviewers, an appalling booking system. I was questioned by receptionist (whom I suspect was trained by the Spanish inquisition) as to the nature of my ailment, I was looking to book an appointment with a GP not a receptionist.

        Getting an appointment is a nightmare. This pre timed 'service' is no service ,most impractical for patients. Not everyone is able to phone at such restrictive times. Doctors not consistent, always changing, I for one like continuity with my doctor. How can you be treated as more than just a number when the dr doesn't know you? I would like to go back to a more personalized practice.
