Impossible to speak to anyone there or even submit the request through AskMyGP is impossible. Terrible experience and the stress level cased by this doesn't help your health issues.

Request for emergency & out of hour mental health support information was completely ignored. A doctors that won't answer the phone and has a 3 hour window for getting in contact. Better off hoping for the best this place is a disgrace.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! An unreliable app called askmygp is used instead of proper receptionists. If you do try to use a receptionist they will scold you for not using the app, before they even know why you called. Ive never known such a rude receptionist. The doctors are ok, but the practice is run in a manner that clearly displays apathy for their patients. You can request a prescription and still be waiting for it a week later. You cannot use the app out of office hours, which removes the only benefit of using it as far as the patient is concerned.
