        Waited 3 months to get an appointment for a problem with worn enamel, they cancelled it indefinitely a couple of weeks before as they did not want to start anyone on new treatment. They won't accept me for an emergency appointment as the problem is not severe enough according to them.

        Phoned four times to make an appointment and told each time the dentist was unavailable to check his diary and that they would phone me back. Never got a single return call. Appointment system (if it exists) not fit for purpose
