        Had my daughters 8th birthday party here 21st November and it was a total shambles. My oldest daughter and a few adults got shouted at from a member of staff for saying the lady.they turned round and shouted I'm not a girl I'm a boy. If the member of staff introduced themself to me I would have known better in what to call them to little children. The food was 20 minutes late after they shouted on tanoy for the party to go back to party room. There was a few children with autism and adhd whom can't patiently wait for things, so they were getting very restless and nearly having meltdowns. There was no communication from any member of staff to let the party know health and safety, how to actually get down to the trampolines and where the toilets are. I have emailed the manager but I feel like they don't care as it has been paid for which you need to do a week before the party. At 17.99 A head I felt we would have got A lot better service than what we recieved. DO NOT BOOK A PARTY HERE!
