Would give no stars if I could. The drivers are rude and the buses are never on time. They weren't rude to me but to an elderly woman with a shopping trolley. And 2 hours lunch break FFS, time to get an new contract for carrickstone/ craigmarloch

On the 5th of December at approx 5.05pm I was on the roundabout (east) near macdonalds going towards the police station I was still on the roundabout when a dunns Coach nearly hit the back of my car I tooted my horn to make the driver aware of his dangerous driving his only response was to laugh and smile in contempt this morning tried calling dunns direct a few times only to connected to a virgin message machine , I will try calling them later roads are dangerous enough without busdrivers adding to the problem

First time bus users here as we now both have our bus passes. My wife and I waited for a bus from Dullatur roundabout today (14th Dec 2022) to get to Cumbernauld town centre, to travel onto Glasgow for the day. Dunns Coaches 11.31am didn't arrive neither did the 12.01pm. Is this always the case? Dunns coaches tel number wont take incoming calls! Shocking service! Wanted to give them Zero stars! We ended up driving to Lenzie to get the bus into Glasgow!

1 star is too much. My daughter went to get the no 34 to school on Tues 23rd August only to be told by driver he wouldn't be dropping at Greenfaulds HS due to roadworks. There's a diversion in place that takes you past the HS bus stop so no reason for the bus not to run that way. I drove it myself yesterday just to check. I then learn from another parent today that her son got on the bus and the driver chucked them all off at the town centre leaving them to walk to Greenfaulds. Kids of 11/12 years old, on a route they have never walked before. Shocking service! Firstly there's no reason for them not to be dropping at Greenfaulds HS, the roadworks don't prevent them from doing so. Secondly if they planned not to provide the service they should have informed the kids in advance so they could make other arrangements or go for the no 35 on the other side. And they could have phoned HS and asked them to put out an email informing parents. Thirdly, it's absolutely out of order to be ejecting young children from the bus and expecting them to walk a route they don't know.

My 11 year old grandson waited on your Dunn's bus on the ring road just off Drumbowie View going to the town centre and the driver drove by him, even though he had his hand out, this is not the first time this has happened, totally unacceptable
