A fantastic week learning to use natural dyes, enjoying fabulous scenery and some chilled spinning with even some Gaelic music included! I came home totally relaxed and with lots of beautiful dyed fibre to play with. The icing on the cake was lovely home cooked food and spacious accommodation in a beautiful setting. Rosie is natural teacher and very knowledgeable and looked after us so well.

Despite all the COVID precautions, Rosie gave us a wonderful weeks holiday. The food was gorgeous, accommodation lovely, company excellent and the crafts were interesting, informative and fun! We had a lovely day walking in Glen Affric, 3 days in the woods at Rosies place learning how to dye fleece and 2 days at the accommodation spinning with Ally! The whole week was faultless and I cant thank Rosie enough for giving us such a good time!

Lovely weekend doing eco printing with a group of like minded people. Rosie is so knowledgeable and sharing. We crammed so much in. Worth every penny. I came home filled with energy and enthusiasm. Highly recommend a great experience.

I had a wonderful week with Rosie, on her spinning retreat. We spent a wonderful day a half creating a fantastic range of dyed wool and learning all about its processing. Then a beautifully relaxed afternoon exploring the views points of Glen Afric. We had a amazing evening learning waulking songs - traditional song for felting the tweed. Then it was time to work with the wool and try and spin it into wool. Two challenging but rewarding days later on this and a vast level of improvement could be seen. And I have a number of balls of wool that Ive brought home with me. To become a project as the nights draw in. I cant recommend Rosies workshops enough for their wonderful relaxed and informative delivery style. She has an incredible depth of knowledge and works with a wonderful group of people.
