I wish that we could give 10 stars, we arrived for our break and we had a small issue with our hot tub, we made a phone call and 10 minutes later Charlie appeared and sorted the issue, we asked if we could have two more outdoor chairs, and true to his word he brought them, He asked if there was anything else that he could help with, and he did say that just to let him know if there was anything else. 10 stars plus for Charlie who was a very happy & pleasant lad. We will definitely be back, stunning lodges in a lovely location

Rooms: The comfort, the luxury tucked away inside a wooden lodge! Comfy beds and beautiful furnishings. Nearby activities: Walking, visiting historic sites, sailing on Loch Ness, visiting craft venues, distilleries, museums. Safety: All risk assessments were in place and comprehensive instructions of what to do in an emergency were available. Walkability: Good walking through the site, dog walks were set out. Close to lots of areas for walking such as Beauly and Glen Affric. Noteworthy details: Not the usual holiday park Quiet and in tune with nature and the surroundings. Very well placed for access to Inverness and other amenities as well as the main tourist attractions.
