I was unsure about what to expect from a website design company, as Im not a hugely technical person, I shouldnt have worried as Steve took the time to sit down with us and listen to our new business plans and discussed different options, without blinding us with technical jargon and made us feel at ease. We were happy to trust Velocity with our marketing and have been delighted with the final product and in particular the whole process - every stage we were kept in the loop, they stuck to the price which had been agreed and they completed the project within the time promised. In fact they had gone above and beyond my expectation and the final website is stunning and we receive many compliments - not only that it has secured us lots of work as it also ranks really well in Google (which Steve had said it would). Each and every person we had contact with in Velocity is a professional and an expert in their role yet made us feel like their only customer great job all! Its now 12 months on from the website going live and we still feel like a special customer, their continued support both in business advice and technical is A1.
