We cant rate this company highly enough. John responded really quickly to our message, arrived the following day and solved a problem with our drainage that no one else could solve. He appears to have an unparalleled knowledge of the mysterious subterranean world of drainage! As well as unblocking the system he located a septic tank that we had been told by several other contractors was located elsewhere. He then advised us what to do moving forward. What a breath of fresh air to find someone who is so professional, efficient, helpful and kind.

Had a blocked pipe at the side of the house so phoned Hi-Serv on the Thursday evening and John was round Friday morning ,unblocked the pipe using high pressure, all done in under 15minutes.Also a nice bloke.

Superb service from Hi-Serv. Fixed blocked septic tank for a rural cottage on black isle. Arrived next day as promised. Applied high pressure jets to unblock tank inlet. Great communication. Highly recommended.

With regard to a serious problem we had with septic tank outflow in a rural area, John completed a survey at the arranged time and duly appeared with all plant and labour shortly after. The work was done to a first class standard with particular care given to environmental sustainability. In terms of cost, timeliness and business manner, we can highly recommend Hi-Serve and would not hesitate to call on their expertise in future. Chris and Clare.

One of the best services I have had - came same day, checked all connected drains round my house and now they are running amazing (after a longtime issue). Very reasonable fixed price. ABSOLUTELY preferable to other companies who I contacted who are vague about costings. Can't fault it - just phone John :)
