(Translated by Google) Very nice here if you like rural and a bit imperial then it's a perfect place to wind down and get away from the city life. (Original) Sehr schn hier wenn man lndlich und etwas Kaiserlich mag dann ist es ein perfekter Ort zum runterkommen um die Stadt leben zu entfliehen.

What a beautiful place! We stayed in the Gothic apartment on the top floor. It was very nicely appointed with plenty of space and lots of nooks and crannies for the kids to explore. It is very large, the listing doesn't really give you the idea of how large the interconnecting rooms/passages are. I'm fairly sure that we will stay here again. Although it is an extra and I don't know if it always happens the 6 eggs from their hens in the fridge was a nice touch. There are plenty of walks in the area and the local pub is only 0.7 miles on a very wide and well made path through the woods. If your undecided please do stay here, very very relaxing and beautiful.

My family and I booked the Victorian apartment for a couple of days to celebrate my birthday. We had a lovely time and enjoyed a family meal round the large dining room table for 8 of us. There is a comforting cosy insense smell from the wood panels in the living room, a full bookcase of Dickins volumes and a great view from the windows of all directions. We had a comfortable sleep in the wonderful four poster bed. At night there wasn't a single noise heard except for the occasional owl hoot or a moo from a cow. The top floor flat is also rented out, but we did not hear them at all. The decor is all time period related and did not look tacky or forced. It is a surprisingly warm building with added heat from the log burner. There is also fast WiFi that we had no issues with. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with utensils including a full serving dining set. The location is nice and secluded and only a 15 minute walk through the woods to Logie Coldstone. Another walk is to the Wells Of Poldhu, which takes about 7 minutes. They are two Victorian wells and are well worth a look as they are in great condition and are part of interesting local history along with Blelack House itself. We had such a nice time that it instantly felt like home and we all miss it already!
