From the moment I went to my first viewing, I found the staff to be welcoming and friendly and above all very helpful and knowledgeable. ELPM made the process quite easy. They respond to all queries and repair issues very quickly. The repair/maintenance people that are sent are also great - they come quite quickly, are friendly and do a great job. This is a great company and I highly recommend using them as your letting agent. You could not ask for better!
