        The lady serving was very helpful & friendly. I bought a couple of items, then the one item I couldn't find (a red squirrel postcard), she pointed me in the right direction, to another shop in the area (the Scottish wool shop) and I got it! So thank you very much

        Worst service ever!!! Visited on Friday 25th to purchase a couple of gifts when passing through and the cashier was too busy on phone which sounded like a personal phone call and left us standing for 5 mins without eye contact. I was furious and left with out purchasing anything. Absolutely shocking customer service. Would never go back in
