It is a lovely resort with so much potential, but it is desperately needing updating to the cottage we stayed in, and the changing areas in the pool. The cottage was very clean, but our mattresses were broken - we could feel the springs digging in our back - and I had to ask for a mattress topper from reception, which was an inconvenience and the receptionist was not accommodating at all to this issue. The topper also made no difference to the mattress. We slept very little over the two nights, and we could not wait to return home and sleep in a comfortable mattress. For this reason alone we would not return to this resort. I received a generic response from a member of reception upon completing feedback on my stay, saying they are sorry for any inconvenience etc. I believe the management is aware of the issues with their broken mattresses on the sofa bed and bedroom, they are happy to take your money, but it appears the comfort and wellbeing of their guests are not taken seriously enough.
