Oh dear. Entered the shop because the door was unlocked and it was before closing time. No one around so started to look at some items. Next thing a woman- I assume the owner-came out of the back shop, phone glued to her ear and still talking to the caller. Without taking the phone away from her ear, I got a gruff, sorry were closed, at which point she turned away and walked off. Despite almost shouting when you will reopen, I was singularly ignored. 1. Lock your door if you are closed and dont want customers. 2. Taking your phone from your ear for all of 10 seconds and paying some attention to a customer who would then return and purchase something is good practice. I wont return.
