Ive had a Sussmybike Flow for several months now. I used it initially to set up the fork and shock on my Capra. I was pretty happy with the settings before I used it. It made slight recommendations which I tried and found improved the ride. The fork had high and low speed compression and rebound so the device was great for this. I then used it to set up the Helm on my hardtail. This has proved harder for me. Id demod a bike with the set up I liked and this convinced me to go for the more expensive Helm, but I had trouble getting it right. I then used the Flow on a shortish repeatable downhill trail. By stopping at the top and following the recommendations each run, I got it pretty close to perfect within about 4 runs. I have then used it to fine tune and find it great for getting the settings right.

Fantastic piece of kit! For an inexperienced user really made the difference in my shocks and easy to use! 5 star all day long

Bike felt great after using it. Good support. Easy to use. Fork feeling dialled. Helped my shock
