        Louisa has a passion for yoga that she lives everyday and this comes through so authentically in her teaching. She is extremely knowledgeable and shares this depth in her trainings. My absolute favourite has to be the Advanced 100 hrs that I took during my 300hr training where I gained a deeper understanding of philosophy and practice. Louisa provides unconditional support through out.
