Makro Aberdeen

the shop has been on a serious decline recently. I'll start off by saying, they've been reducing the shop for years and now its the worst it has ever been, it used to be a useful cash and carry but now? It's too small to even be classified as a warehouse. When will it finally close down? the till staff need training, its like they've been dumped there and not trained at all before being hired. Makro used to have a fresh fish section, but now that is also gone. their butchery section is smaller than it used to be. their chilled food section is barely chilled. Not a great experience, and overall wont be returning anytime soon.

I went to shopped and Makro and was treated badly. When I entered the warehouse there was no gun, so I assumed that I can go directly to shop like I used to do because as I far as I know you could still scan goods at the till however the cashier called me ' Hey hey' and asked if I have my membership card with me and I said yes. Then the manager ask me If I am ok and I said yes , instead of asking me how he can help me, nobody told me among the staff that I need to take gun at the till instead one of the customer told me to get one at the till. When I went to go shopping, the cashier asked me to leave my bag, as If I am a thief. I never thought that there are other shop here in Aberdeen that ask customers to leave there bag at the counter only in Makro Aberdeen that I experienced that kind of treatment.I will never going to shop in Makro Aberdeen anymore.
