Bought a used car from Lewis Sutherland and was smooth from start to finish. Enquired about a car as soon as it was loaded to website and didnt have any images on yet and within an hour Lewis had sent me a walk round of the car and had cleaned it for me to see. Very professional and really helpful and friendly, didnt push for the sale and didnt hound me like a lot of salesmen. Kept me updated with everything was made so simple. I stay in Dundee and the car had a slight noise but they were so quick in dealing with this issue, Caroline in the aftersales team got my car picked up and dropped off a courtesy car, took the car back quickly fixed it and dropped the car back off, great customer service! Would definitely buy a car from here in the future

2hrs to change oil & filter? Plenty "techs" walking about not doing much. 3/4 hr waiting on paperwork to be processed. Won't be back.

Fantastic experience from the moment we entered the showroom. The receptionist took us to Wilson Stark. Perfect salesman, not pushy. He arranged test drives for us both and then we decided to purchase the T-ROC. Wilson guided us through the purchase process and made sure that this was what we wanted. I can assure everyone that at no point did Wilson ever try to push us into any agreement. Wilson kept in touch and then was on hand when we collected the car. It was a great experience from start to finish and we were so glad that Wilson was the one who ironed out all the problems before they were apparent.
