        Used for a van hire for a house move previously. Was friendly and quick. Minor damage is not an issue , they have a damage card to tell you what damage is acceptable. Think I recall you could take extra insurance should you be in a collision is not your fault as they would still expect you to pay for the damage, which is expected as fault/no fault disputes could take time

        Reserved a large van, reservation was accepted and confirmed, turns out there was no large van available and ended up with a extra large with long wheelbase. Two weeks after dropping off (in London) they are now trying to charge me excess for damage that was already done when we picked it up.
