Central Coaches Aberdeen

After couple of years going on central coaches, it no doubt it should be rated 1 star. Drivers and escort are rude and have noticed they can be quite racist to some kids on the bus. Dangerous Driving and the quality of the buses half of them seem to be broken

Horrific piece of dangerous driving from one of their coaches. Right up behind my car, flashing his lights as we drove along the road. Felt incredibly unsafe, and was concerned for my safety. Phoned to complain and the transport manager did not seem to care. No call back, after I was told there would be. Almost made it a police issue.

Terrible place to work It was good at first but then you realise the management have absolutely no clue what they're doing and have no idea how to treat or speak their employees in a professional manner also all the drivers are toxic and back stabbing I love driving coaches and the work that comes with it but it's hard to enjoy coming in this place everyday because of the people that work here cant trust anyone the management also fined me a couple of times for bring off sick which is illegal. Every driver also gets treated differently in the office nothing equal for example if I didn't have a way home and was stuck in the yard no one would help you out office would say just get a taxi home but if its one of their favourites and they ask for van to get home it's okay please avoid working at this dump.

Terrible service, my son goes to a school that uses this service and he came home complaining about the general attitude of the bus assistant quoting them as moody, rude and arrogant (the old one) one time my son came back telling me that one of the drivers even kicked a chair and purposely tried to harm a student by slamming the breaks while they were standing up! I would personally never use this service after hearing this and hope you dont to! I dont want to name and shame but might have to. The service is not safe with my son telling me one time they even crashed into a lamp post at the school. And the general condition of some of the buses is appalling with one of my sons friends telling me he could see out of the bus onto the road through a rusted floor.
