        Only put 1 star because they don't do minus. When I booked I received an email which said parking avabile on site which was great because of the circumstances of the trip and needed parking at the hotel . Arrived early evening bumped into receptionist leaving and was told there were no parking on site for us. She was very nice and was very apologetic but said there were no parking except in the near by ACP car park which was no use because of the circumstances of the journey to Aberdeen . We needed the car park on the hotel grounds which was stated on the email in black and white.
