I didnt receive the checkin details till few hours from our arrival and when I requested it I received a cancellation with no reason, when I phoned they told me the apartment has maintenance issue , but If this was true I didnt get any notification up until I asked for the checkin details. I was left with no options for me and my family who we travelled from abroad. Will never try them again and would advise to not book this apartment.

We had booked this property 3 months in advance, for a 3 night stay. Had paid in full one month before. Requested more info on how to check in and our accomodation was cancelled 2 hours before check in with no explanation.
Will not answer any telephone calls to explain.
